A 1/4" BSPT internal thread on the bottom of the blue anodised manifold by which it can be screwed together with a hose or a fixed compressed air line.
At the end of the manifold, there are two 1/4" BSPT connection at each side. These are sealed with a blind plug and can be opened if necessary.
